Cancellation
You can cancel the order and get a full refund only if you request to cancel before shipping. If the order is canceled after shipping, the shipping cost, which is 30 riyals, will be deducted.
Items Replacement
You can replace items you have purchased if you receive them defective or have damage due to manufacturing or shipping, withing period of maximum one week of receiving your order. Replacements are always free.
Games Cart does not accept replacing any items that have been received in brand new and working condition, if you open them or use them.
Returns
You can return items only if they have damage due to manufacturing or shipping within maximum period of one week after receiving your order.
